Renata Coleman is founder of RJ Coleman Consulting, a brand management consultancy that specializes in staffing accomplished marketing consultants. A leader in brand management, Renata has led large domestic and global brands for Johnson & Johnson’s Consumer Group of Companies. Renata’s award-winning communication and significant new product launches have become the model for hyper-targeting, her insight-driven new product launch communication plan for PEPCID® drove significant sales growth for the business. Across her career she has had extensive experience building new product pipelines and launching new products into market. Renata and her team are experienced across all aspects of building, sustaining and growing brands and cultivated business for global, domestic, B2C, B2B, non-profit and for-profit brands across a range of categories including OTC pharma, animal health, beauty, baby, food, automotive, education, and financial services.

Monica Bhanote

Classically trained CPG marketer with experience in both U.S. and global marketing, managing brands across an array of categories including beauty & personal care and foods & beverages. Experience in both traditional retail channels and direct selling. Specialities include innovation development, brand management, and portfolio strategy.  A certified ayurvedic health coach, Monica also has deep health and wellness expertise.

Alexandra Atkins

Alexandra is a classically trained brand marketer with 20 years of domestic and international experience building brand strategy, cultivating high-performance teams, and leading successful execution. She is skilled in business planning, marketing strategy and activation, forecasting, managing complexity, and dealing with ambiguity.

Clemence Edelman

Senior professional with broad experience in consumer health consulting and marketing. Clemence’s expertise spans multiple categories and companies, including self-care, over the counter drugs, vision care, and food supplements. She has developed and implemented successful, insight-driven strategies for some of the flagship brands of large companies. She has a proven track record of delivering successful launches and communication campaigns aiming at various targets, such as consumers, retailers, and healthcare professionals. Clemence is passionate about changing consumers’ and patients’ lives through effective and integrated marketing solutions.

Lauren Navas

Lauren is a classically trained bilingual marketer with a Wharton MBA, but it’s her unwavering grit and contagious positive energy that drives next level results. She seamlessly integrates into the clients’ core teams, fulfilling key strategic marketing roles from CMO to brand manager, while creating a dynamic that inspires teammates to do their best and love their jobs. Her extensive B2C and B2B experience ranges from multi-million-dollar corporate brands to small brands and start-up organizations across multiple industries, including CPG, personal care, beverages, sports partnerships. health care, language learning, education, telecommunications and technology.
